Rob Payne is the Founder and Managing Partner of VCG, bringing over 30 years of financial management experience across Big 4 public accounting, investment banking, and in operating companies. Before founding VCG, Rob served as CFO of Danal BilltoMobile, a global mobile payments and authentication provider, where he led the divestiture of its mobile payments business to Bango (London: BGO). He has also held leadership roles at Buzzlogic, BOKU, Silicon Valley Bank, and Wells Fargo Securities, and began his career at Ernst & Young. Rob holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Corporate Policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a B.A. in Economics-Business from UCLA, and is a CPA (inactive).
